Aloha! I'm Hailey - a product designer from Honolulu and currently based in Los Angeles. I specialize in zero to one initiatives for enterprise software, designing solutions that both deliver and delight.

My background in biology gives me a unique lens for tackling complex problems with both curiosity and structure. I love diving headfirst into new domains, facilitating workshops to drive alignment, and teasing apart ambiguous problem spaces into discrete workstreams to dive deeper.

Currently, I am a product designer at Benchling where I design enterprise tools for research scientists. I also moonlight as a design consultant for Volo Earth Ventures, investing my time towards a brighter, greener energy economy.
